Grace Heitman - Realtor

My background in engineering has always shaped the way I look at the world. I’ve always been fascinated by architecture, how things are designed, and the potential a property can have. That curiosity naturally led me to real estate, where I get to combine my analytical side with something I genuinely enjoy.

My long term goal is to become a real estate developer, so I’m especially interested in the entire process of bringing a property from an idea to something real. For me, real estate is about more than buying and selling. I want my clients to feel confident in their decisions and know they have someone who is paying attention to the details, thinking ahead, and genuinely invested in helping them reach their goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, searching for an investment, or looking for the right property to build on, I’m here to help you see the possibilities and make the most of them!
