Cara Garcia is the Broker/Owner of Coastal Vibes Luxury Realty and an active real estate agent proudly serving Panama City Beach, 30A, and communities throughout Florida’s Emerald Coast.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2020, Cara has earned a reputation for her strong work ethic, skilled negotiation, local market knowledge, and unwavering dedication to her clients. She continues to work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors, allowing her to stay actively involved in the market.

Cara is also a hands-on broker who works closely with each of her agents. She is committed to being accessible, offering guidance, answering questions, providing ongoing education, and supporting her agents through every stage of their careers and transactions. In 2021, Cara founded the Coastal Vibes Luxury Beach Group, creating a successful team centered on professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional service. Building on that success, she established Coastal Vibes Luxury Realty with a vision of creating more than just another real estate company. She wanted to build a brokerage where agents have a voice and work together in a positive culture founded on integrity.
